MediaShare blocked by Firewall

I'm trying to setup DirecTV's MediaShare with my Windows 7 pc, but it only works when I disable the CA Personal Firewall. As soon as I enable the firewall, the DVR no longer sees any files on the pc.

Can anyone help me with a few firewall configuration (open ports, etc.) ideas to fix this? I'm a true beginner when it comes to firewall settings.

Have you checked the DIRECTV website for assistance? I found this on their forum:

It's for a different firewall, but the solution should be about the same.
