Actually they use the same HDMI input. I hadn't thought this would be an isssue, but I suppose it could be a part of the problem (EDID issue?) but I have the PS3 and DUNE player hooked to a 4x4 matrix. Output D goes to HDMI input 2 of the Denon. No other displays are viewing the Dune when this issue happens so I didn't think that was the culprit.
I can drop the matrix and test with the Dune connected directly to the receiver to see if that resolves it.
I would rather not do a factory reset as suggested above. Running Audessy, renaming all my inputs, setting crossovers, etc can take a lot of time so avoiding that would be great.
If it is an EDID issue, at least I know what the problem is and can stop pulling my hair out. Funny that the PS3 doesn't care though while the Dune player does....
