1. On the bill, we get charged for the "Signature" package AND the basic package. Does anyone else have the same problem, or has anyone called customer service and convinced them to knock off the extra fee for basic service?

Carrier Lock - Yes
In-Band Status:
PCR Lock - Yes
Audio Video Status:
ADP Lock - Yes
VP Lock - Yes
What do all these locks mean?
