I'm not planning to get blue ray...So far connected everything to Yamaha, but I'll need preamp for my turntable.
I don't have cable TV, cable I have is just for the net, but if I plug cable to TV, I get basic non-cable channels in HD, picture is amazing on 550 LG LCD, can't even imagine, what I can get better after calibration...
Either I miss something or LG 550 LCD doesn't support Audio Return thru HDMI from Yamaha HDMI-out, I had to use optical audio cable to get sound from TV.
