Panasonic PT-AE3000U sudden shutdown

Past two days, my projector suddenly shuts down. First time it was totally dead, abrupt stop like a fuse was blown. 2nd and 3rd time it would shutdown but the fans kept cooling. One time it said, the lamp needs replacement. Yesterday after the shutdown I was able to watch 2 hours of a movie without any problem. The lamp only has 700 hours on it.

The projector is under warranty but sprodic problems like this just end up shipping projector back and forth without actually fixing anything.

Day before yesterday, while watching a movie, the picture was suddenly scaled down to 1/2 the size! Unpluging from HDMI 1 to HDMI 2 solved the issue.
Turning off dynamic IRS seemed to have solved the shutdown issue.

Anyway I am sending it in for repairs.

After repairs I watched around 3 movies and the shutdown problem is back and this time I have no idea why.
Dynamic IRS is off.

Narrowed down the problem.
During the repair, they changed out the PCB. The new PCB does not work with the Oppo player.

My workaround is to disable pass-through signal on Integra and send 1080p signal.
