Top page numbers are shifted right

In the DVD recorders forum, my pages show with the top page numbers shifted off screen by 4 page #s plus the down arrow.

The bottom page numbers are normal.

It appears the Forum Jump box is too long on top compared to the same box on bottom, pushing the pag numbers right, as shown here.

I'm not seeing any issues with that page in IE or FF.

I don't have any problem either when page is Maximized. When I click, Restore Down, the top page #s go off page, being pushed there by the too-long forum jump box on top (or it doesn't auto-resize like the bottom box).

This happens in all our forums, not just DVD recorders. I also have to go very narrow, even on my 24" monitor before it starts to clip.

In comparison, over at DBSTalk, (same forum software) you not only lose the page numbers at top & bottom, but the entire scroll bar as well.

AHA!

Now I see the problem.

The top page numbers are IN LINE with the small Post Reply button AND the long, fixed-length Forum Jump box. That's "too many" items in the same row/line, so the page numbers bump against the unadjustable Forum Jump box and can only go off the right edge of the page when not viewed Maximized.

The bottom page numbers are only in line with the small Post Reply button. The Forum Jump box is in a row/line BELOW the page numbers, so the page #s have lots of room to compress/move left as you reduce the page size and still show on the page.

It looks as if you could move the top Forum Jump box up one line, which would make the top Post Reply button and page #s identical to the bottom and allow the page #s room to move left.

Sorry, we will not be making a change to the top line of page numbers for 2 reasons. 1) it only happens on large threads, and 2) You REALLY must be using a small screen, small res setting or a small sized browser window to make it happen.

If we were to move it up it would add another line and not what we would like. Also it would just look weird like it was out of place as for anyone using the site that does not fit into 1 & 2 above.

Thanks. (BTW...Been like this for years and years...first note on it, thus not really a major thing.)
