Looking to buy The Sound of High Definition 2...Can't find anywhere!

I was wondering if anyone has any The Sound of High Definition 2 on hand that they would be willing to sell.

It's a demo disc for Dolby and I have "The Sound of High Definition," which is the first in the series. We use this blu-ray at Home Theater Gallery as a great demo once were done setting up a system for a client. It has such a broad selection for all clients, plus the sound check demos are amazing as well.

I'd be willing to paypal someone for a few if possible. Hope someone can help! Thanks in advance.

Have you tried to contact Dolby Labs and inquired how you can obtain one?

Did you ever find one of these? I am looking for this as well as:

Dolby, the sound of high definition volume1 on blu ray
and Dolby, the sound of high definition on HD DVD
any help is appreciated. thanks!
