I downloaded it yesterday and have gone thru about half the tracks. The resolution looks to me to be about the same as the Motorstorm 3D demo that was previously available. The graphics can be coarse and there is some ghosting but the 3D effect is usually very nice. Never having previously bought any of the prior Motorstorm games I'm having fun with this one and for $10 it seems to be a good value. About my only complaint is that there doesn't seem to be any way to turn off that wretched music short of muting the volume. The game is a little sparse on options and that is my biggest gripe.
there's a thread in the sticky section for 3d games. Anywho this game is I guess a more extensive "demo" for the motorstorm that is coming out later, which is why there is a lack of options.

With little to no 3D games available (with the exception of Wipeout and Super Star Dust) The game is definitely worth 10 bucks. It's pretty obvious that the game was thrown together pretty quickly though. There are 10 tracks in the game which are just conversions from Pacific Rift. The game also doesn't offer any multiplayer or online play so there isn't really any replay value. Don't get me wrong I bought this game the second it was available and if you have a 3d tv It is a must have. The visuals are amazing. This game has me going crazy waiting for the full version of Motorstorm Apocalypse and Killzone 3. 3D gaming is here to stay
I am hooked on this game. The 3D is simply amazing on my 82", the best example of 3D yet. I could not put it down and did not mind the frustration of trying for 3 hours to place 3rd to open another track.

Was definately worth the $10. I had no care for the original Motorstorm. The 3D demo almost got me to go out and buy Pacific Rift thinking the 3D was an update. It's not and found that out before I bought it. Whew!
If you don't have it and want some 3D gaming, this is a worthwhile deal.
