need help with whole set up

Ok I have my house wired with 23 runs of cat5e. I have 2 main rooms that we watch tv and movies in, in 1 room we have a non internet plasma tv with a ps3 and a wii and in the basement we will have a projector with a 100" screen and a 5.1 surround not purchased yet. We need a blu-ray player or ps3 or something that would play both dvds and connect to the network. I would like to be able to set up a media server or just a pc as a server to serve both of these 2 rooms. I still need to pick up a network switch and a splitter for the 11 coaxial cable runs into each room as well. Can I get some recommendations for my house please?

What recommendations would you like? Equipment? You could set up a PC as a media server with a blu-ray drive in it. Not sure how cost effective it would be or what the best options for playing BR on a PC are, as I've never done it. Lots of people have done media center PCs though, i'd search for it on the forums.

Can't help on the coax, hopefully someone does. You'll probably need an amplified splitter as 11 runs is a lot of bandwidth, especially with all the new HD content.

Recommendations for what?

Would you like someone to design and engineer a system for you for free?
