Best Subs + What about wattage?

Hey Ive been doing tons of research on subwoofers for the past 2 weeks, and its about time that i get some. I have been looking at a pair of BOSS audio 15 inch 1500 watt rms each subwoofers- NX129DC

Can anybody tell me if Boss is good? these subs are about 17 pounds each, and they cost 220 bucks. Ive also been looking at a single 21 inch 8 ohm PYLE subwoofer with a 1000 watt rms-- info that isnt true about this pyle sub- its magnet is only 250 ounces and it is only efficient to 102 dB.

Another sub ive been looking at is the Kicker 10CVX122

.....so the question i have is- which of these is the best for their cost?
annd my boss 15 inchers r 3000 watts rms total-- does the huge wattage handling mean that these r great subs or these are verrry inefficient subs?

dude i need some help here! im getting subwoofers for my car, and the only threads i can find are on home stereos and brands ive never heard of!
