I think listing it in the first post would be great, if possible.

That's a combination of what's on AMD Zone and other web sites, its the same listing.
The only boards not officially seen by anybody are the Bio Star(s) and Foxconn.
This is not even a 1/3rd of the boards coming out. The ASRock, Sapphire and Asus mITX Passive are widely available in Europe and Asia. I was assured by sales reps are Jetway and ASRock that their boards would hit New Egg between now and next week.
There will also be a lower spec Gigabyte board if you don't need SATA 3.0/USB 3.0.
There will be a higher spec ASRock with USB 3.0/SATA 3.0
SATA 2.0/USB 2.0 boards will be the cheapest ($100)
SATA 3.0/USB 3.0 boards are $30-40 more for the Marvell or NEC chip
Adding Bluetooth doesn't seem to affect pricing much. For $5 more than the MSI, the Sapphire board has Bluetooth and mini-PCIe.
If you want to suggest a crushingly cheap HTPC, wait until the Jetway boards come up. You'll get HDMI and Dual Core APU for what is likely to be less than $100. The ASRock is going for about 95 Euros right now, so that would confirm that its likely the lower spec ASRock will be right at $95-$100US.
