I'm using a set of DLP Link glasses (Optoma ZD101) to view 3d on my DLP HLT5687S display and am having issues with the glasses losing sync. Everytime I switch the TV to 3d mode, the contrast changes to Dynamic - I read on the Tru3D site that the Dynamic contrast can create problems with DLP Link glasses however do not know anyway of disabling it while in 3d mode (no matter what the picture is set to prior to enabling 3d, the setting changes to Dynamic upon turning 3d on).
I do not believe my issues are due to CFL lighting as I was playing with the glasses essentially in the dark last night.
So my questions:
1) Is there a way to disable Dynamic contrast while in 3d mode?
2) What other picture settings would be affecting the DLP Link protocol?
