What is the lowest multiplier the Core i3 530 supports? (could not find it in the Intel specsheet)
On CPU-Z, I have seen it go to x9 with a voltage of 0.88. Can I manually set these in the BIOS (Intel DH57JG) and are these values stable (reduce heat and power consumption)? I'm assuming that setting this will disable speedstep?
