My build -- DIY Track Runner Concaved Curved Screen off the shelf parts
Finished Image of my screen build concaved curved screen track idea.
Front and back daylight shots below.

*************************************************
I suppose you could use pretty much any type of board material
that bends and wrap it with what ever floats your boat then size it however you want really.
I was shooting for off the shelf parts. lightness achieved got my aunt to lift it.
Anyways let me know what ya think.

**************************************************
I Placed end caps securely in the vise.
Added a small drop of oil.
The key here is using the COBALT drill bits we used dewalt brand.
These bits are MADE to drill through galvanized
steel. We used a 1/4" bit. Try to drill in
the center of the cap these can overheat and break...dont get cocky ;p

I drilled the 1/4" holes in one of the flexible channel
pieces about 12" apart.
Then attached the flexible channel with the 12" spaced holes
using the sheet metal screws going through the
pre-drilled holes.

I then screwed 4 end caps along the side of the channel.

I then screwed the 1/4" galvanized steel pipes into the
threaded end caps for backing support/stabilization.

Then I simply slid my cheap old white board (purchased from lowes for 20 dollars VERY reflective)then we simply slide the whiteboard into the track.

Attach the second flexible channel to the top
of the whiteboard.
I used 4 Rubber insulated clamps off the shelf from home depot for 1.39 a piece about
stuck down into the tops of the 1/4" galvanized pipes
to clean up and to secure the tops to the second track.
A picture is shown below of them

installed up close

this was my first build idea and I still have another anyways let me know what you guys think so far lol)
