No, it's not a standard video format but that doesn't mean it can't be played on the nx810. It does mean the nx810 does not support it when plugged in usb directly to the TV. There are 3 options I can think of off hand:
1. Buy one of the many Home TV media players and never have to worry about the file formats or plugging the pen directly in to the TV. You can google .flv and media players. Ther are many, and quite reasonably priced.
2. Google for an .flv to WMV (or something the nx810 supports) converter and convert the file.
3. Stream using one of the following:
Adobe Media Player (freeware)
Media Player Classic (free software)
MPlayer (free software)
VLC media player (free software)
I prefer VLC-Videolan - b/c it handles corrupt files, files that are split, or don't have proper termination characters and will download codecs on the fly.
Never tried the others.
