Much appreciate the replies A9X and lbrown.
A9X...you are correct. According to Denon tech line, Denon AVR-2810 sub pre-out outputs a 2.1V signal. I did not think to ask how (such as nominal, etc.) 2.1V was measured.
Question...and I just want to make sure of this...If running a 4-way Advanced Plug-In on the miniDSP 2x4 Balanced, would I be able to run the single RCA sub-out line with no "Y" from AVR to only Input 1 on the miniDSP and equally split that signal to the four outputs of the DSP?
I do realize I can feed the DSP an unbalanced signal.
In other words, I am trying to determine if Output 2 on DSP needs to be used or occupied, or can I get away with just the one input being used to get the four equal output signals. If so, it would save me a Y and avoid an unecessary connection in the signal path...
Thx for everyone's patience.Edited by blah450 - 9/26/13 at 10:37am
