I've been trying to figure out what my significant other's problem is with our projector. What that problem is, is well beyond me that's why resorted to forums and found this one. We have a Samsung projector I will get back to you with the model later. I'll give you all a general idea of what the problem is and see if we can go from there.
So we wanted to replace the bulb, the current bulb still works but it's getting dimmer by the day and will soon go out. So we ordered a bulb for the projector and replaced it, went to turn the projector on and the screen doesn't even light up. So we thought the bulb could have been broke while shipping and handling went on; we ordered a second and third bulb and had the same problem. Every time we put the bad dim bulb in the projector fires up perfectly and works fine.
So we are replacing the bulb correctly, and yes the model of the bulb is correct to the corresponding projector. Any help at all, any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
