I used to have a wireless bridge a few years ago when I was using a media player set top box to stream content from my PC. It really wasn't very reliable for me - I often got lost signals, and everytime the microwave was used that also disrupted the signal.
I have since moved on to powerline ethernet to provide internet access to the a/v area in our main room. I use that to provide an internet connection to the LG BH200, and it works a treat. The BD-Live stuff works very well this way.
The powerline unit I am using is a Netgear XAVB101. They probably have newer models available now. One tip - make sure you do not plug the units into a powerstrip or surge protector.
