where can i get a 12v trigger?

i searched online and couldnt find any info where to buy a 12v trigger i found a trigger that i really liked(easy to use) beamex . so my question is where can i get one like this or build myself one.

I used this Niles unit to power my triggered Stewart screen.

You can make your own.

Buy one of these and a small plug-in 12V DC power supply. Plug your PJ into the Control outlet of the SmartStrip, and plug the 12V DC power supply into one of the controlled outlets. Connect the output of the 12V DC power supply to your screen's trigger input (using the correct polarity). Voila!

If you just want a 12v trigger off of an IR command, you can do what FLboy said, but you can use one of these:

I have one, and it works great. Can learn any IR command, and has a great range. A bit cheap looking, though.
