I think that better option is such case will be to set both side fans as exhaust an let air get in through top vents.

You would be far better off with both fans blowing inward and a series of cooling vents in the back of the case below the expansion slot. That way the user of the case can allow for venting out the back or their cabinet for the hot air while pulling cool air in both sides. Twice the airflow and no recirculated air.

BT

It is very easy to turn fans over, so any one can modify chassis to his/her application.

If you preorder, you will get it.

If not, it's cheaper to build one myself.

That should be fine. I prefer to keep my cases out in the open anyway, to show off their looks! Top vents are my preferred air ingress location in this type of case. That way the CPU fan will add to the inflow.

Also, glad to see the prices are reasonable! Other manufacturers have been bending customers over a barrel far too long.

Excellent products!!

I love the e5 black case but I would like to see ventilation slots in the top and bottom. That's the way heat travels!

When you enlarge the e5 pics up now, you can just see the vent holes over the CPU location. I'd like to see them goo all the way across the back half, but what's there should be fine.

Is one's credit card charged immediately if preordering?

There are vents in the top. e5 has the same lid like eHD10. I want four fans in e5, like in eHD10 in the very first cargo.

Look at eHD10, vents go to half of the chassis.

Yes.
This is why you get chassis almost at cost, with 25% discount when you order before 11/15. All info is on the website.

There are already some changes to e6 and e6V

Hmm, who requested that change? I don't care for recessed expansion slots, to be honest with you. I have many times struggled to connect screw-on coax adapters to tuner cards because of them. All cases seem to come with them though, so I just got an extension tool to screw on coax at the local Home Depot.

Cheers,

Same, nothing worse than a recessed / inverted expansion slot that you have to use adapters / flex cable risers just because the card will not fit right by default.

Technology. Back side is made from 5mm thick aluminum so it created some problems with first design. New design with steel insert for backplate and cards fasteners is simpler and works better.

Probably this card was just close to edge of chassis. Some tuner cards are the only cards creating this problem. I use Hauppauge 2250 and have no problem at all. New Ceton is also immune to recessed slots. All other connectors (video and audio) can only benefit from it.

Probably because of above mentioned reason: simpler and less expensive.

Sorry about it BT. You can blame me if you want, because I accepted this design for USA market.
Personally - I like new design better.

Do those PCIe risers work? Are they currently available to order? I had bought one similar but it doesn't seem to work, but I need to get my double wide video card out of the way of another PCIe slot I need.

Hey, no problem. Your case designs are some of the best I've seen, so no need to worry.

Hi Guys

Like many of you, I am tired of blue color almost everywhere. I like to change blue color of power ring to green or white (when ON).
What is your opinion? Who wants blue, who green and who white?

Regards
blue and green are suppose to be relaxing according to the therapists!

Why don't you use a Tri-Color LED and let your customers adjust the R, G, B values so they can produce whatever color they want?

Here's an example.

Yes, I do have a strange sense of humor

White would certainly be unique but I think red would be less of a distraction.

Any chance that there's going to be HTPC-e7v version. I personally like the e7, but I got used to a small display (like a VFD). The LCD is a bit overkill for me, but I'd probably jump on an e7, if there's a version that includes a VFD.
Well I finally decided to purchase one of your cases. When I got to the final stage of the purchase i was presented with shipping charges higher than I've ever seen before. What's with that? I cancelled the purchase.

Bigger fans (where possible)
I am one of those buyers who refuses to use anything smaller than a 120mm fan. Can the manufacturer add an option to their web-site (filter, menu choice?) to help identify which cases allow a 120mm? If I have to browse through an entire list of 'case models' I usually just give-up after checking a few at random.

For me red means OFF. I like Denon's receivers and their solution: red = OFF, green = ON.
I also think that color of ring should match color of VFD in e6V chassis. So far there are some color differences, so maybe blue ring will stay for some time.

It could be good idea, if it allows inexpensive implementation. Will see.
Not full spectrum but option for three or seven colors should be doable.

No plan in this moment because Wesena doesn't want to fully compete with OrigenAE. S14V and S16V use VFD and accommodate four and five HDs respectively.
Maybe in the future we will implement e7V if there is a market for it.

I don't know. You didn't provide me with details.
System calculates shipping taking data from UPS, USPS and FedEx. Maybe there is an error in weight of this particular item.
Please e-mail me with information what did you try to purchase and I will check for errors.

I am not sure. Just don't expect 120mm fans in slim chassis.
Wesena doesn't make any chassis with 120mm fan, OrigenAE - only one: S21T

I didn't test it myself yet, but it should work.
I let you know as soon as I test it.

I don't remember if I informed you guys, that e5 will have four fans not two, since the very first delivery, exactly like eHD10 chassis.
