That's my take. We got a nice video that showed what it would look like and then there's several versions given out randomly. When asked about it by the media, netflix just doesn't answer at all.
I'm not mad, not going ot leave the service, just would like a little more openness on the process and what is going on.
But apparently we are all whiny, self serving horrible consumers for dare questioning anything.
Oh and for those that can't stream right now, apparently netflix's site is down too, accoring to hackingnetflix.com
