I would use image burn to create and iso and then just mount it virtually using something the one from Slysoft's AnyDVD website. It's free and it works just fine. That's what I did. Then that way you don't have to burn it, unless you're to use it on your PS3 like you want.

Is anyone still seeding this? Or is there another method of getting it? My torrent client shows no seeds (which doesn't surprise me since it's a year old), but it looks like some of you have been able to get it in the last few months.

I have it seeding (very slowly albeit) I'm not at home right now, but when i last checked, there was 8 people seeding as of Thursday last week.

This post has a link to the newsgroup nzb file but it's to a sharing site that requires a download. Not ideal, as I don't know if that comes with malware or not. Does someone have this nzb file? If so could you repost it or PM me with the attachment?

This is a direct download from a file hoster, not file sharing, so there is no seeding or slow down in speed.

Just a note for Mac users, as mentioned before Burn OS X ( http://burn-osx.sourceforge.net/ ) can burn the Blu-Ray just fine for free, no Toast required. The Burn documentation does not specifically mention Blu-Ray but it absolutely works.

I inserted the 50GB Blu-Ray media, chose "DVD (UDF)" format from the drop down menu, dragged the BDMV and CERTIFICATE folders in, burned at max speed, and had a working disc in half an hour.

I'm seeding and I see 10 seeds and 5 peers. Try adding these trackers if they're not already in yours, and put a blank line between them in utorrent if you're using that client:

I remember it use to be a cover folder art, may even be the backdrop pic too, somewhere in this thread. However, I can't seem to find it now.... Could anyone point me to the folder artwork file of the discs?

Has anyone made a folder/poster image for use with Media Browser or XBMC? I am having a hard time finding a nice icon for a demo disc. I use Xzener's EHS icons, but I'm just looking for something that won't clash too horribly with this icon style:

I've searched for an nzb and asked here but i'm yet to find a straight link to it anywhere.

Against my better judgement I went ahead and installed that crap. Surprise surprise, it is wortheless. If anyone does find a .nzb please let me know.

Is it possible to trow that on flash drive and play through oppo usb port or wd devise?

Yes. I have the files downloaded onto an external USB drive and can play it directly from my Oppo as is.

I had difficulty with a USB thumbstick and USB powered portable HD on my 93, I had all kinds of stuttering and audio dropouts, basically making it unwatchable.

Once I loaded it onto a externally powered HD (also used a HD docking station), I had no problems whatsoever, played like a champ... -TD

Memory sticks vary in read write speed. They are rated by class now. Buy a new generation stick & you will not have any problems. My oppo has no problem reading from USB with any source material.

Oddly, I didn't have any issues on either of the USB powered drives until I tried using the ISO or BDMV folder for this Blu-ray demo and Super Leo's demo collection BD. All other MKVs, MP4/M4Vs and any audio format from the same drives played flawlessly.

Like you mentioned, it was likely drive speed related for the thumbstick and not having enough power for the 2.5" HD, which wasn't an issue with the external powered drive enclosure/docking station and the same 2.5" HD. -TD

They aren't trying to ram 20 Mbps, more or less, of video down the data pipe. That said, I know that USB can handle it.
