Any one have any experience on this one.. They claim to play all formats ?

Yes - see the Mediagate thread for this..

DO NOT BUY - buggy and very under supported by the real importer - Mediagate USA.

I had my own M2TV Yahoo user group , but closed it due to frustrations with Mediagate USA not wanting to support their products.If it has been well supported the M2TV would have been a good little box..
