What else is left on the agenda before this project is complete?
I still have to do the two HVAC sound proofing and I am going to pull out the sound proof door and build one myself (it is not as soundproof as the company selling would like to have you believe. It definately did not stop all the cursing I was making after I got an earful from the wife and then looking at the $4,000 invoice for it, which I can't return either b/c it was custom built) I am also thinking of making a door for the living room which I will sneak into this build. Does a 2nd story wood deck count as a home theater too?
I still also have to do the LED lighting on the ceiling and finish the rack.
Mine is actually this one, http://www.amazon.com/Makita-BHP454-...3415106&sr=8-1
But it is still cheaper than the $600 odd dollars I paid. I rechecked what they are selling for now and they have only gone down in price $150, so still around $500.

Maybe prices are higher in Japan.
I think we've all gone out to Home Depot or wherever and bought something for a project without comparing prices/sales, etc!
Ha.Ha. Both those were impulse buys. I seem to destroy cordless drills faster than anyone. The hammer drill is my 3rd in 3 years.
This is the first impact driver I have owned. I never realised how good they are for screws, I always used to chew out the heads on screws with a normal driver/drill, but the impact has solved that.
