I know I saw a Samsung Blu-ray player that had the MKV logo across the top right side of the player. It was at Target around July of this year. Now when I look for that same player at Target, Wal-Mart, Best Buy, it's no where to be found. Does anyone know if Samsung is trying to keep a low profile on their support of the MKV format now? I could've sworn it was the BD-C5500, but seeing it at the store, it did not have the MKV logo on it, plus it had a brushed metal plastic touch control bar on the front, which the player I saw previously did not have, it was just black. Also, the player I saw was $139, whereas the 5500 is $179. It was a Blu-ray player but not a 3D one. Does anyone know which player I'm talking about?

Pros:“Excellent value for the price - Paid $79.95 at Frys.”“Absolutely stunning 24p play back. Networked Apps are flawless (wired). Very customizable. Unbelievable DLNA capability. Ability to skip the unskippables in a DVD. Overall professional onscreen GUI. Audio Quality is surprisingly very good. Upscaling as a customizable, menu driven item. Very Apple-esque.”
