I have ordered a JVC RS40 projector and hopefully will be getting it in the next month-and-a-half or so.
I am planning to get a Panamorph UH480, for a nice 2.35:1 setup. I am looking at the MTH1 manual transport. My projector will be ceiling-mounted, on a fairly common mount, probably the Chief RPA.
My question is this : How does the Paramorph normally mount together with the projector ? Is it attached to the Chief RPA, or does it mount with/on the projector ?
Should I wait for the JVC RS40 to be out there and be looking for a JVC-specific mounting plate for the lens, or am I looking for a mounting plate that attaches to a Chief RPA ? If the later is correct, then I guess I can order the lens now and not worry about it fitting with my projector. Right ?

But even barring CIH capability in 3D, there's not a lot of 'scope stuff out there in 3D, and even less that's worth watching. The 3D thing would certainly not be enough to dissuade me from going CIH.
