Harmony One and an HTPC - Need some help!

Hello all.

There are a couple things I'd like to be able to do with my Harmony One and my HTPC. I'm not even sure it would be possible, but if anyone would know it would be here.

1) I would like to be able to change the mode of my Harmony One's directional pad when in my HTPC activity. I want to change it between mouse control and up/down/left/right much the way you can with the diNovo.

2) I would like to be able to create custom buttons that pop specific apps on the PC such as XBMC and Boxee.

That's it for now. Thanks!

First of all I assume you have an IR receiver on the HTPC.

You just need to install Eventghost. You can program a button (or triggered from an event such as a certain program starting) to toggle the pad to and from mouse mode.
