At my wits end, Please help!

I have a Samsung LN32C450 LCD 32 inch TV, and I like to play PS3, But I have a problem.

I have game mode on, If I turn it on, The game is nice and fluid, But the sound sucks (Can't hear voice acting in some games ect) but if I turn it off, It sounds nice, But plays worse (Example, I often over aim and get killed on CoD), But if I have game mode on, It wont let me switch the sound settings (Want it on Standard, Defaults to movie mode)

Is there anyway to reproduce the fluid nice effect of game mode, without having it on so I can also have decent sound?

Are you still using the tv speakers? Maybe try getting a surround sound system, or just a simple stereo with inputs.

That's kinda something I want to avoid. I don't want to spend a ton of money on something just so it works.

If you put it in game mode when you watch TV is the sound just as bad?

Yeah, But on all the other sound modes they sound pretty good.

It's not TOO bad, I usualy leave my volume on 6, But with some games, I need to turn it up to 12-14 to hear voices, But I'm just thinking if games start supporting this surround crap ever more, it will get so bad that I will NEED to buy surround sound to even hear stuff

See if there are any sound settings that will allow you to downmix surround or multi channel sound coming from PS3 to 2 channels PCM in TV...

In the PS3, use only 44.1 PCM stream...
