component inputs to 3 tv's

hey i have the following setup

1 x xbox 360 (component Video, optical)
1 x Nintendo Wii (Composite, stereo audio)
1 x apple TV (component Video, optical)

currently running into a Sony AV Amp

I have added a new TV and are looking for advice on a setup.

Would like to end up with the following setup

Living Room - all sources viewable with surround sound
Kitchen - all sources connected stereo sound from tv

so i am wondering what is the cheapest hardware to achieve all sources viewable independently in the two locations

All sources + amp are located in a cabinet.
Living room speaker wiring runs back to cabinet where sources and amp are.
Living room video fed by a run of 3 coax cables (ie component video)
Kitchen is linked via a run of 6 coax cables.
Both tv's support 1080p but all source components are outputting 720p

Seems to me like some sort of matrix switcher would be the best bet ? or should i just figure out some way of spliting the feeds from the sources and get a second amp ?

A component matrix switch such as this one is what you would want. It does both stereo and digital (optical) audio.

I just got a new Gefen 4x4 component for $300 shipped on EBay. Can't hurt to look there and buy more than you need.

FWIW, even without factoring in the cost difference, I'm thrilled to be doing component over HDMI. I can still send HDMI directly via an HDMI cable to either of the two screens that are most important/largest due to their proximity, and I don't have to worry about any of the handshake issue crap when just watching cable, which isn't 1080p anyway.
