Ok guys and girls, I have a question.
I recently moved into a new (to me) home. I have run Cat6 to all rooms where I have a tv. I have the following equipment:
Panny 50" Plasma
Samsung 52" LCD - non internet ready version
Samsung 40" LCD - non-internet ready
2 Sony PS3s
3 Xbox 360s
2 HD-DVD players
3 Directv HD receivers
Pentium 4 HT 3.2 PC with 1TB of HDD
I7 Quad-core PC with 2 TB of HDD
Gigabit router and switches.
Onkyo 7.1 receivers in 2 rooms.
My question is this. I want to be able to stream content (.mkv, mp4, avi, etc) to all of my tvs. What do you recommend I do?
I am thinking about turning my P4 box into a dedicated NAS and adding a WDTV Live on the one TV that will not have a PS3 but I am looking for some of your great opinions.
