Integra DTR-40.2 or Integra DHC-40.2 with Emotive UPA-7

I am looking to setup a 5.1 HT system in my basement and also power 2 speakers in a separate zone(dining room). I got a quote from an A/V dealer for the HT system and he suggested a DTR-40.2. Since then I have been wondering whether it would be better to get separates. I was thinking of using my current Yamaha RX-V663 and pairing it with an Emotiva UPA-7 as a starting point and later replacing the Yamaha with a DHC-40.2 Would these make a substantial difference in sound quality vs the standalone DTR ?

The difference in sound "quality" will likely go up as your demands go up. Demands are most likely affected by room size and acoustics, your speaker's efficiency and how loud you like to listen to your material.
