I have the newest firmware v50.25 (230 volt). I also tried making a factory reset and reinstalling the latest firmware and calibrating it from scratch etc. The pop is still there.
Any idea what this is? And how to fix it? Should I have it repaired?
I have the same popping on my mrx 500, ive only had it for a few weeks and have reported it to the dealer, they have offered to send it back to anthem for repair as both them and the anthem rep think its a faulty unit,
im not sure about having it fixed as it might not cure it, has anyone had one repaired and fixed the popping?
I have asked for an upgrade to the mrx 510 but as of yet they are not avlable in the uk but the 710 will be in stock in about a week but that's a big jump up in cost and im not sure if it will be much better than the 510, so not sure what to do for the best.
