Good deal on a Sammy 7000 vs. Panny VT25?

Well, I had my mind set on the Panny VT25. Today, I decide to go shop one more time and low and behold, did I not only find the Panny for $200 cheaper at the original store, but I also found the Sammy 7000 for $400 cheaper than the Panny.

So here's the question....

Panny 50" VT25 bundle for $1799 or Sammy 50" 7000 bundle for $1399?

Is the VT25 worth $400 more than the 7000?

P.S.
No store in my town carries the Sammy 8000 series plasma

IMO, no it's not worth it. The 7000 is an excellent TV. Very comparable to a VT25. I doubt you'd see much of a difference between the two. Just my opinion.

Just curious, where did you find the Samsung 7000 bundle? Big box store or local retailer? Thanks.
