Definitive Promonitor 1000: How to replace Tweeter? Help!

Hi,
I posted this in Definitive Speaker thread, but no one responded. It is too long I guess(703 Pages)

I recently got Definitive Promonitor 1000 front speakers with, Procenter 1000, BP1 rears. Few days ago I observed the tweeter in one of the Promonitor 1000 is not working.

I tried to open the speaker to take it out and check/replace tweeter, but even after removing all front screws I could not pull out the front half/plate to take out the tweeter(As if it is glued).

I was wondering how to replace tweeter, if someone can provide some help. I looked around and did not find any guide to replace tweeter, but if there is a thread already, please provide link to that.

Come on. No one ever replaced tweeters on these before?

I am pretty familiar in the process in general for these things. This in particular, it is not moving even after removing all relevant screws. I want to be cautious, and if there is any special process needed for this specific speaker.

As I said, it seems as if it is glued in addition to the screws. I do not want to scratch trying to use too much force. May be there is some simple way.
