The gloss on the SEOS-15 looks pretty good compared to the fiberglass model. But maybe they just used a different plastic, I'm not sure.
Here are all 3 to show size differences. You can see that the SEOS-15 has a nicer gloss.
I've been busy since about 11/2012, and just caught up on about 10 months of posts.
It's been a good discussion, we have seen some wild things happen. Erich has done it again, and I remember well over a year ago when the first Fiberglass SEOS 15's came in, we were all super excited.
I sure hope that those of you who are planning on building something awesome with the SEOS-15's get some good pictures and stories. I hope to see some good build threads in the future.
SEOS 15 / DNA 360 / TD15M or Deltalite 15 or even some scary monstorous MTM 15/WG/15 will be awesome to see.
The SEOS-24 is a jaw dropping monster, and I really hope to see some free standing horn designs with that one. I don't think I would even begin to imagine to have enough space to justify a horn that big... But hey, we can dream can't we?
I played the video put up by MTG yesterday, and damn. Even knowing that is a video camera recorder, you can tell some truly amazing things about how wide the SEOS plays, and does it cleanly.
Hey guys we need a little rallying here;
I think that seeing these Plastic SEOS 15's, after simply talking about them for year, and debating and designing them for the past 2 before that is a pretty good statement to the fact;
that with enough people, experience, dedication, and hard work (From everyone involved, who has usable input) that an idea born years ago, has turned into a real thing, and beyond most of our expectations.
