Why don't you call it a $550-$650 total budget instead of limiting the receiver price to $200? I can think of several better options.
1. Denon 591BA - Better receiver with Audyssey room calibration and the ablity to take all analog inputs such as a Wii and output thru HDMI to your TV. Yamaha 6240 doesn't have analog to HDMI video conversion. 5.1 speaker set is by Boston Acoustics. http://www.amazon.com/Denon-DHT-591B.../dp/B003H04Q7S
2. Yamaha RX-V667, Polk RM75 and choose your subwoofer. Newegg is running a special on the 667 receiver where they throw in the Polk speakers. The 667 has 7 channels of discrete amplification, bigger power supply the 6240 (400W vs 270), 6 HDMI inputs including one on front panel. http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboD...t=Combo.556479
Then add whatever subwoofer you want for $150 or less such as the BIC 1020.http://www.amazon.com/BIC-V1020-Down...0387523&sr=1-1
3. Polk RM6750 or RM705 5.1 system and add a $400 or less receiver.http://www.amazon.com/Polk-Audio-Cha.../ref=pd_cp_e_0http://www.amazon.com/Polk-Audio-RM7...&s=electronics
That includes the Onkyo 608, Pioneer VSX-1020, Denon 1611 and a few more which are less than $400 on Amazon.com.
