This television has some kind of problem when it is displaying a windows desktop in checkerboard mode.
When playing either PowerDVD 10 or TotalMedia Theater 5 the screen goes blank and recovers twice every time I do anything with the time slider. After the image returns the second time the mitsubishi brings up the "put on your 3D glasses" message.
Both players do this.
I tried the same thing with my Samsung UN40C7000 in checkerboard mode and it doesn't do it. (screen never blanks)
This is extremely frustrating and I am afraid there is no solution.
Not sure what to do except rant and vent.
I wonder if the software players output something in the video stream that only the Mits responds to and if so, how can I get rid of it....
