Does anyone still know if you can still aquire coupons for a couple of converter boxes?

I would take any information you can provide on this subject.

Finally, does anyone have any suggestions as to which current converter boxes on the market are the best?

Yes, there are lots of coupons. The problem is they are no longer valid. The government put a expiration date on them, which was well over a year ago.
