Panasonic Viera TCP 50U2 calibration

Plasma Newbie and new to this forum. Can anyone suggest calibration settings for my Panasonic Viera 50U2. Go easy on me as I don't understand all the lingo yet. Also, any reason why I'm catching more "snow" than I anticipated. I'm running HDMI cables from the cable box and Blue-ray player, but even the menu looks "snowy"? Any help is appreciated. TY

The above is a good link to read up on ... for the value of copying settings.

That said ... copying numbers is not calibration and you won't find your answers in a calibration forum area if that is all you are looking for. If you want to really set it up better, you need to get a test disc and follow the instructions.
