OFFICIAL DTS Neural Direct Station Status - Page 2

I haven't been able to connect for over a week. Anyone else have any luck?

Still getting "Server error".

Well, I spoke to DTS. Bounced around and nobody knew anyone that had anything to do with Neural Music, nor their acquisition. I finally got in touch with one guy who was willing to pull up their own website and confirm that they indeed own Neural and someone must know something. He said he would try to figure this out and get back to me.

I then called Pioneer and the tech wasn't aware NMD was sold, nor wasn't working. He did check it out and confirmed himself, but gave the same excuse that it's not their service. At that point I advised him of the DTS acquisition and mentioned that the former websites now redirects to DTS. I suggested that perhaps they moved the URL of the streams and a firmware upgrade might easily solve this. I got nothing but dead silence. I suggested that seeing this was a built-in feature that was part of our purchase deal, I would think they'd feel obligated to try and help. That I wanted to get this elevated and I wanted a senior person to get in touch with me.

I figure if DTS just moved the stream, that should be an easy enough firmware fix. If they mothballed it, I would think it wouldn't be that hard for Pioneer to replace NMD with Pandora which is present on the new SC-57's, that use virtually the same HMG.

I'll keep pushing and report back.

I was just told the service should be back up. Can anyone confirm? I will check tonight when I get home. Thanks.

Any news about Neural Music Direct?

My SC-LX85 doesn't show even the folder.
My former SC-XL71 did. Now I'm unsure if this may be a technical problem of my LX85 or if the service has stopped completely.

Working fine on my SC37.

Services shows "Connection Down" on my 94TXH

Still working fine as I write this post.

Does anyone know if this works with a VSX-1121?
Can't find them on the internet radio.

Can you guys confirm if Neural Surround is working?

I am using a Pioneer LX83 and get server error.

Internet Radio streams fine.

Also getting Server Error.

The service is back up and running.

I received the following response from DTS:

Thank you for your email. There was a technical issue that interrupted the Neural Music Direct Service. The issue has been resolved and you should be able to access the streams again.

I had a little blip last night for about a 1/2 hour, and I gave up, but was fine this morning?
