Aimable in ceiling speakers

My condo is prewired for in ceiling speakers. Rears were preinstalled with Speakercraft CRS Two's. I have just installed Speakercraft AIM 8 Three's for the fronts with a Definitive ProCenter 2000 and ProSub 800 driven by a Pioneer VSX-31.
Question: What is the recommended direction to aim the fronts? Roughly 12 x12 room with wall on left and open to the right, with TV and prefered seat slightly inboard a line between front and rear right side. Not optimum I know but it is what it is.
Is it always best to aim the speakers directly at listener or more down the sides of the listening area?

Generally aim them at the main listening position.

Thanks Chris,
Makes sense to me, but had to ask as I did have one person during my research suggest pointing them straight ahead along the room boundries vs. directly at the listener.
