I just got a Pioneer VSX-920k receiver. I'm connecting my PC with a GTX 260 with an SPDIF cable in the mobo and using a DVI to HDMI cable into the receiver. Then, I have an hdmi out going into the TV.
Whenever I play a 1080p file (even youtube 1080p streams), the monitor gets a purple tint. It works fine on 720p videos. I can get rid of it by reconnecting the hdmi cable or turning the receiver on/off, but I still can't watch a 1080p video without a purple tint.
I've tried switching hdmi cables, but it didn't work. Any ideas?
There's no problem with the receiver when I use a blu-ray player.
