First off, I am a noob when it comes to this stuff. So please keep that in mind and explain everything as simply as possible.

I recently purchased a Mitsubishi WD-82738 TV and now I am looking for a surround sound setup. It can be a HTIB, but does not have to be. The way my room is setup, I sit about 20' away from the TV.

My max budget is $600, though I would much rather go cheaper. My Ideal price is about $300. I would appreciate recommendations for both price ranges. I am not an audiophile by any means, I am just looking for something better than my existing TV speakers. I would prefer a 7.1 system, but it does not have to be. 5.1 is the minimum I would settle for. So far I am looking at the Onkyo HT-S6300, but wanted the real professional opinion before I actually buy.

My setup includes an Panasonic DMP-BD65 Blu-Ray player (non 3d, but when more content comes I may upgrade), an Xbox 360, a Wii, Comcast HD-DVR, and a Brite-View CinemaTube Mini Media player.
