best setting for the Samsung LN40C530 40 inch 1080p! Xbox player!

Hi. I just recently purchased the Samsung LN40C530 40" 1080p LCD HDTV. I am a xbox player and mainly use the tv for gaming and the odd movie. I was wondering if someone who has this tv or knows about it, could tell me what settings they use, or which picture settings i should use for optimal display picture when gaming. (brightness, Contrast, temp, etc) I usually play first person shooter games.
