Just happened, reading up on it now. Called Pioneer USA in LA (I'm in HI). Got a number, thank God, of an authorized technician, he picked up the phone (thank God) at like 9pm! I was just going to leave a message. I told him what is happening and he has an educated guess of it being the power supply. Estimated repair cost around $600.

I've been researching this "glitch?" if you will and it spans the entire Pioneer board of models not just the Kuros.

Hopefully he can come look at it tomorrow and order the parts tomorrow, bad timing as I am flying home to the East coast. Will update, if anyone has experienced this your thoughts are appreciated.

My purchase date is June of Last year so I don't think I am under warranty.
