I'd probably agree with that. Though BSG is my favorite
drama of all time as well (Breaking Bad and The Wire right behind it). I know it has a SciFi setting, but I think of it as a drama first. That's probably the same reason I loved Firefly as well...SciFi was more of a setting than anything else.
After those I'd probably put The X-Files, Lost and maybe even Journeyman, as short lived as it was. Probably have to throw Doctor Who in there as well (Older, scarier Doctor Who).
Then I'd put the middling shows like Dollhouse and the Stargate series.
And
then we have shows that simply weren't good (mainly due to horrible writing), and that's where you'd find Falling Skies. You'd also find V, The Event, Flash Forward and others here as well.
I'd also have special sections for shows that I didn't like or found too cheesy like B5, Torchwood, Farscape and Star Trek. And another section for shows that started out with promise, but then turned into a giant clustereff, like Heroes.
