What is wrong with my LCD TV's screen?

So I own a Vizio 37" 120HZ tv. A couple of weeks ago I noticed some slight discoloration in the bottom corners of my screen. They are barely noticable. The closest thing to describe it would be that it looks like someone like a liquid is on the screen but there isnt anything there that can be wiped away.

There isnt a loss of color but just these areas where it looks like a shadow is on my tv. Its hard for me to exlplain and any pics I take you can't see anything.

If its a bright and colorful image you cant even tell. But if its a solid color across the screen like a Xbox 360 dashboard or the bright blue background when my tv has no signal.

Sorry if this is confusing. I'll be gladly to help explain it to anyone who might know what this could be.

Now that I've been staring at my TV for an hour, the only other way I could describe it would be that it looks like a faint shadow on the bottom corners. Its very odd.
