I've finally built my HTPC that I asked for a feedback here. But when I tested some madVR settings, the Intel HD Graphics 4000
wasn't/isn't powerful enough. Even when using less potent algorithms, the frames keep on dropping and delaying (not bad as before, but this shouldn't happen at all). So I was wondering: which dGPU should I go to with? I want my outputs to be perfect for my receiver and my Panasonic PT-AE8000, don't want to ruin a great project with such bad playback. The only issue I have is the space in the case (cable management is horrible in such tight space). But the slots for a dGPU are free of space, just with some cables passing by now, but once I use it with the GPU, I'll find a way better way to manage them.
My HTPC setup is this one:CPU
: i3-3225 Processor (3M Cache, 3.30 GHz)MoBo
: ASUS P8 H77-M PRORAM
: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 1600 MHzSSD
: OCZ Vertex 4 64GBGPU
: Intel HD Graphics 4000HDs
(secundary): 1x WD Caviar Green 2TB / 1x SeagateCase
: Silverstone GD06Optical Drive
: LG Blu-ray Burner/ReaderPower Supply
: Antec Neo 400w
