As pointed out, having a second remote defeats the purpose of having a Harmony.
And for those complaining about the PS3 being the only A/V device with Bluetooth remotes, I saw some TVs at Costco with Bluetooth remotes this weekend. I don't recall which brand it was off the top of my head.
I would bet dollars to donuts those TV's also have an IR port and not limited to Bluetooth only.

Again, it defeats the purpose of having a Harmony to have to use a controller (i.e. a second remote). I don't even think i know where my controller is at, since I primarily use my PS3 for Blu-Ray/Netflix/Vudu. Plus, there's the WAF of having to tell her to use a controller.
Really, the best solution (for those of use who want "one remote to rule them all") is to get the Logitech PS3 Adapter for $40. Using multiple remotes is so 1990
