Owner did not use it often and had moved to a media center setup, so no longer needed. No remote or power cord, so I was able to negotiate the price down to $70.00. Not too bad! The 560 will be kept as a backup machine to my other 560 and 550.

The photo shows what appears to be an original 2160 version (2008) that did not have the firmware issues of the 2160A (2009). (The 2160A would have a HDMI logo below the DVD Drive door.)

That's a pretty good deal if you can get it. Do you think you can haggle the price down a little more?

Starting bid of $10.00. Seller offers local pickup only. The problem is with the DVD drive that freezes when playing discs. At least the remote is included. If affordable replacement parts were available, I'd snap this up.

EDIT: Description mentions a 560 instead. Maybe a minor editing oversight. IIRC the 650 can format larger HDDs up to 1 TB, while the 560 locks down the HDD size.

Back in the day, I had started with a Pioneer (don't recall the model exactly), but switched over to a couple of Toshiba RD-XS35s because on the Pioneer the TVGOS data was on the HDD and caused problems or some such issue.
